23 October 1943 -- The 360th BS Leonard E. Jokerst Crew was on a night local training flight in B-17F #42-29930 Miss Patricia (360th BS) PU-I. They crashed shortly after take-off at Keyston, England. The cause was unknown. All eight crewmen were Killed in Service.
