06 July 1944 - Mission #197 to Beaumetz-Les-Aire, France: #42-97272, piloted by 2Lt P.H. Brabant, made a normal landing. Copilot 2Lt I.J. Judy accidently put the landing gear switch in the up position. The gear collapsed near the end of the landing roll.
